About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading client programs and delivering strategies that shape outcomes for communities and organisations.
We are looking for someone who brings:
5 + years of experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, or a related discipline – ideally within consulting.
Experience in areas such as: communication strategy and planning, stakeholder and community engagement, issues and reputation management, change management, social and digital campaigns, and/or content creation.
Strong writing abilities and attention to detail.
A proven ability to build client trust and deliver high-quality outcomes.
A degree in communication, public relations, or a related field (mandatory).
Consulting experience (highly regarded).
An Australian driver's licence and full working rights.
Housing sector experience (desirable).
