Job Description
As a seasoned Sales Engineering Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value through our Software and SaaS offerings. You will lead the ANZ Sales Engineering team to achieve or exceed revenue goals and customer growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting in a Software or SaaS company. They should possess at least 5 years of leadership experience, managing distributed technical teams across regions or countries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, infrastructure software, or cloud-native technologies
* Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with Sales teams to close complex enterprise deals
* Ability to communicate confidently with technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex solutions into business value

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, trust, and commercial impact. The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $140,000 - $200,000.
