DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
Mens cuts Medihair Hairdressing are specialised in hair styling.
We need to perform the following duties:
·Cut, trim, color, and style hair or hairpieces based on client instructions, hair type, and facial features, using clippers, scissors, trimmers, razors, and professional color brands.
· Perform hair treatments including conditioning, shampooing,..
· Provide a range of grooming services including haircuts, shaving, coloring, shampooing, and beard/moustache trimming in line with the latest trends and styles.
· Design and create traditional and contemporary hairstyles
· Analyze clients' hair and physical features to recommend suitable treatments and hairstyles.
· Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer style suggestions, and provide catalogs to help them choose the right look.
· Schedule client appointments and maintain accurate customer records, including services provided.
· Assist with salon operations under management supervision, including answering phone calls and supporting team members.
· Demonstrate and sell hair care products while educating clients on their benefits to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
· Develop new styles and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for salon and equipment.
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist: Barber
Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
