A well-established national insurance brokerage is looking for an Account Manager to join their team and manage a varied portfolio. The organisation fosters a family dynamic within the office which is reflected in the longevity in tenure of their employees and the constant career development.

Priorities for the business:
- Tier 1 qualified
- Account management experience in the insurance industry
- Commercial insurance knowledge including Property, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Management Liability
- Proven track record in great client servicing and retention as the current rate is 90-95%
- Eager to be in the office full-time to get the most out of your team
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
