As theMental Health Embedded Facilitatorat Amplar Health, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—partnering with Clinical Operations Managers, Clinical Operations Leads, Program Advisors, L&D, and Recruitment to uphold and elevate clinical governance across our Mental Health Programs.
As part of the leadership team, your expertise in Amplar’s Virtual Mental Health services will guide training, auditing, and recruitment efforts, ensuring our teams deliver exceptional care with confidence and compassion.
You’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes by:
* Completing service delivery across all Mental Health Programs
* Designing and delivering engaging induction and upskill training
* Reviewing and refining training content, policies, and procedures
* Conducting call reviews and recruitment interviews
* Enhancing the interview process to attract top-tier talent
* Providing frontline support on the Resource Line
Where You’ll Make a Difference
* Work from anywhere, with training delivered mostly during business hours
* Maintain clinical compliance through active program participation
* Deliver impactful training and coaching to support clinical excellence
* Drive continuous improvement in governance, compliance, and service delivery

* Confidently communicate via video, chat, and collaborative platforms

* ASubject Matter Expertin Medibank Mental Health Programs
* Solid experience in mental health service delivery, including acute and community settings
* Confident in delivering exceptional customer service in a virtual environment
* Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced assessment skills
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual presentation tools
* A multitasking pro who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
* Critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
* Experience in training? Even better!
* Bonus points for formal training qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in Training & Assessment)
