About The RoleNewly created role as the business has expanded overseas and the product team needs a new team member who thrives in a busy environment managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Product Manager with a variety of projects including packaging, logistics, and returns.Stakeholder management internally and externally - projects will include multiple teams, so being able to build relationships is key.Update and maintain product schedule.Work on packaging projects using Illustrator and Adobe.Review complaints and feedback, and develop plans to address issues.Serve as a go-to person in the team to provide support.Assist in product launches, sampling, and testing.Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years experience working in a Retail or FMCG head office environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.Previous experience working with overseas suppliers such as China, Vietnam, etc.About the companyAustralian-owned retailer with a strong presence in the homewares sector and expanding into global markets.How To ApplyApply with an up-to-date CV, and Lyndsay will be in touch!
