Senior Estimator – Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment OR New Build Construction (Multiple Locations)
Locations: Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney
About The Role
You will lead tenders end‑to‑end across fitout, refurbishment, or new build commercial projects, taking full ownership of the estimating function.
Key Responsibilities
* Full‑cycle estimating across fitout or commercial new build projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Work closely with directors and delivery teams on strategy and pricing
* Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

* Proven experience as an Estimator in fitout or commercial construction
* Exposure to a range of sectors – diversity of projects is key
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
