Job Description
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality tax advice to clients across various industries. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including M&A transactions, corporate structuring, and tax disputes.
You will be responsible for advising clients on complex legal problems, managing voluntary disclosures and litigation, and working closely with lawyers and counsel.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8+ years of post-admission experience, strong leadership skills, and significant experience in tax law.
