Expertech is URGENTLY recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile ecommerce project in Melbourne. This hybrid role involves working with a cross-functional team to deliver an enterprise-level platform.
Responsibilities
* Lead project delivery, managing milestones, scope, and day‐to‐day activities
* Act as the main contact for client and internal teams
* Manage Jira sprints, boards, and Confluence documentation
* Oversee development teams, ensuring high‐quality delivery on time
* Monitor project finances and report on budget, resource allocation, and risks
* Facilitate workshops and client meetings
Essential Skills and experience
* 8+ years in digital project management
* Hands‐on experience delivering ecommerce implementations
* Agile/Scrum experience and excellent stakeholder management
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Desirable skills and experience
* Commercetools (preferred), Bigcommerce, Magento, Shopify or any other ecommerce platforms
* Experience integrating ecommerce with other SaaS platforms (PIM, OMS, payments)
* Knowledge of headless commerce, APIs, microservices
* Experience managing multi‐brand projects
* Experience with portal platforms
