Reporting to the Brand Manager you will be responsible for:
* Creative development of packaging designs considering layout principles, food photography, aesthetics and regulatory compliance.
* Develop relevant graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet websites.
* Maintain a photographic library for use in promotional and customer channels.
* Identify, develop and manage multimedia content and website updates
* Assist with new product development projects from concepts to launch for Branded, Private Label and Food Service ranges.
* Assist, co-ordinate and liaise with external suppliers and internal BMU's to ensure a smooth and timely transition of products from concept to market.
* Work with NPD (New Product Development) to support ongoing product initiatives.
* Assist with presentations for annual category reviews with major retailers.
* Manage the Australian packaging Covenant Action Plan.
You will need:
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* 5+ years' experience in FMCG marketing role
* Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite
* Exposure to Private Label brands & portfolios
* Advanced project management skills
* Experience in Product / Brand Management
