Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant
Help individuals engage in meaningful occupations through a client-centred approach, promoting optimal health and well-being via recovery at work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work following an injury or illness.
* Visiting workplaces to assess roles, develop Recover at Work Plans and support employers with education on injury prevention and return to work.
* Completing clinical assessment, providing recommendations and opinion through detailed report writing.
* Managing complex injury cases, coordinating, and conducting case conferences with treating doctors and health professionals to support recovery and return to work.
* Completing discipline specific services (where applicable) including Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Physical Conditions Programs.
