The Role
Full-time Permanent Position- The role is preferably based in Albury or Wagga Wagga; however, other locations will be considered.
CTA is a federally funded program which focuses on helping mature age job seekers become more competitive in their local labour market through recognizing transferable skills, improving digital literacy and navigating the job application process.
Establish relationships between Employment Service providers, local employers, CTA facilitators and participants. Your ability to generate opportunities and market benefits of CTA program to jobseekers and Workforce Australia providers will maximise referrals to the CTA program.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local labor market and provide appropriate coaching and advice to CTA participants. Assist jobseekers to the CTA program and source suitable employment opportunities for them.
Develop and deliver communications through various channels and local events to inform and support CTA participants and employers to engage with Sureway.
Duties
• Maintains industry, employer and community links
• Achieve team and individual KPIs
• Identify, pitch and secure new business.
• Work autonomously and within a team environment
Applicants will need to have a current and valid driver license, with the ability to travel. An Equivalent to VET Certificate IV in relevant studies, or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
