Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of accountants: Mentoring, coaching to meet KPIs.
Resolve all compliance issues: Sect.
100A, Div7A/UPE, FTE, GST, FBT etc.
Client Advisory & Compliance: Provide strategic advice to diverse clients.
Stay updated with regular tax training sessions.
Assist with other accounting tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
CA/CPA qualified with Xero certification.
7+ years of strong Tax & Advisory Public Practice Australian experience.
Strong people and management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills.
A proactive 'can-do' attitude and an innovative mindset.
