About the Role
You will assist therapists in attaining clinical outcomes with families, maintaining safety protocols, diagnosing and treating adults and children with significant mental health problems, and collaborating on hospitalisation decisions when necessary.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an empirically validated treatment model focusing on modifying factors linked to anti-social and offending behaviour across individual, family, peer, school/vocational, and community systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with therapists to achieve optimal clinical outcomes for families.
* Implement safety measures to ensure a secure environment.
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for adults and children with mental health challenges.
* Provide support during hospitalisation processes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Psychology or related field.
* Experience in Mental Health Therapy or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
