About You

The Recruitment Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.

Key Responsibilities

- Focus on the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle incorporating our EVP
- Delivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives to attract and engage employees
- Support a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Manage recruitment activity with internal stakeholders
- Maintain up‑to‑date recruiting policies and procedures
- Provide support for developing and updating position descriptions
- Partner with stakeholders for workforce planning & resourcing

You Will Have

- Previous experience in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery or a related field desired
- Experience or knowledge in recruitment market conditions and trends
- Proven experience in providing administrative support including scheduling, data entry and document management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Requirements of the Role

- Current NSW Driver’s licence
- Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to undertake a pre‑employment police check
