Clark Wood are delighted to be partnering with a modern independent firm of accountants on the outskirts of Tamworth who are looking for a Personal Tax Senior to join their growing team.
The role will offer the chance to work directly underneath the tax partner, shadowing and gaining experience from one of Warwickshires most recognised Tax partners in a mixed compliance and advisory capacity.
The firm are going through an exciting period of growth and the role will offer an excellent platform for the right individual to progress into Management and oversee your own team.
The role is predominantly remote based, the team meet up once a week in the office.
If you have a robust background in personal tax and a passion for delivering top-notch client service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of tax clients with responsibility for preparing tax returns and computations
- Provide expert advice on personal tax matters to clients
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations while identifying tax planning opportunities
- Liaise with clients and handle tax queries efficiently and professionally
Candidate Requirements:
- ATT Qualified, or equivalent experience within tax
- Prior experience working in a firm of Chartered Accountants, specifically in a personal tax-focused role
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
