Reporting directly to the CSSD Team Leader, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering high standards of care.At Masada, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that supports continuous learning and skill development. We support a wide range of complex surgical procedures across all specialties.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and have an ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.Essential Criteria:Certificate III in Sterilisation.Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing desirable but not essential.Ability to work rotating am/pm roster.Remuneration: As per the EBAOn offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $29.5 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.About The OrganisationMasada Private Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 72 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
