About the Role
As a Sales & Leasing Executive, you'll be right at the heart of Adelaide's commercial property market, managing leasing campaigns, driving sales, and building relationships that lead to long-term business.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same.
You'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline, backed by experienced leaders and the tools to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute leasing and sales campaigns across office, retail, and industrial assets
Prospect and secure new business opportunities
Negotiate lease terms and sale agreements to achieve strong client outcomes
Prepare market reports, proposals, and marketing materials
Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial property sales or leasing
Confident communicator and negotiator with strong business development skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach
Current SA Real Estate Sales Registration or Land Agents Licence
Team player who thrives in a supportive, energetic environment
