Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-based ICT solutions aligned with business needs and government digital strategies.
* Evaluate complex stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, presenting options to senior management and executive stakeholders.
* Serve as a Principal Developer and later as a lead Architect, providing direction on software design patterns, development standards, and frameworks in medium to large-scale organisations.
* Deliver high-quality systems and solutions in agile development environments, applying modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
* Design, build, and optimise enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
* Provide architectural oversight in projects leveraging SaaS CRM and Service Management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, and ServiceNow.
* Identify opportunities for technical innovation and efficiency improvements across platforms and services.
Qualifications
* [Bachelors/Masters] degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in [specific programming languages, frameworks, or technologies relevant to the company].
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms ([e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud]) and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
