Procurement Strategist
The Procurement Strategist will spearhead the planning, sourcing, and management of relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple Transmission projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop procurement strategies aligned with category management for D&C and O&M in collaboration with project teams.
* Owning and consolidating Subcontract Packaging & Procurement Plans to ensure timely delivery, probity, confidentiality, and evaluation frameworks are met.
* Preparing high-quality briefs, plans, reports, and presentations for governance forums including the Project Steering Committee.
* Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and promoting ethical, sustainable, and safe procurement practices.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in complex transmission, energy, or large-scale infrastructure environments is essential. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain, supported by more than 10 years' experience across major procurement functions, is highly desirable.
Deliverables:
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a range of procurement-related documents and reports, including procurement plans, briefs, and reports, as well as provide regular updates to the Project Steering Committee.
