Operations Coordinator
Job details: Operations Coordinator – $38.00 p/h + penalties. Located in Bulahdelah, NSW. Immediate Start. Roster Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm.
About Our Client: Our client is a long‑established, family‑run timber processing and supply business located in Bulahdelah, NSW. The company specialises in manufacturing and distributing high‑quality hardwood products including flooring, decking, fencing and structural timbers.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers and provide excellent service in person and over the phone.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Weigh trucks and enter data into the system.
- Operate a forklift to move and load timber products.
- Pack and wrap orders ready for dispatch.
- Learn the different types of timbers and product specifications.
- Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Forklift licence (LF) – essential for daily operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally in person and over the phone.
- Experience with invoicing, order processing and basic administration.
- Understanding of quality assurance and maintaining high operational standards.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and safety‑conscious.
