Small Business Financial Consultant
Rural communities in North Queensland are seeking a financial consultant to provide expert guidance to small businesses affected by the recent flood event.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis and Improvement: Assist small business operators with financial analysis, business improvement options, and cash flow management.
* Financial Institution Liaison: Negotiate arrangements with financial institutions on behalf of clients.
* Client Referral: Refer clients to professional service providers for additional support.
* Progress Reporting and Mentoring: Provide regular progress reports and mentoring services to ensure clients achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Financial Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed financial analyses and business plans.
* Case Management: Ability to provide case management support and advocacy for clients.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High level of oral communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Self-Motivation and Task Prioritization: Able to self-motivate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Work Arrangements: This is a home-based role, requiring the successful applicant to reside within or be willing to relocate to the North and Far North Flood event region.
