The Role
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Procurement – Technology & Gaming to join our Group Procurement team.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing procurement activity across Crown's Technology and Gaming categories, driving commercial outcomes, and building strong supplier partnerships that support operational excellence.
You'll lead a high-performing team, deliver best-in-class procurement strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with Crown's business objectives.
This is a hands-on and influential role that combines strategic sourcing, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a multi-site environment.
You will be responsible for : Developing and executing procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, service optimisation, and value creation across Technology and Gaming.
Leading complex, high-value negotiations and procurement activities, including stakeholder engagement, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
Providing expert commercial advice and building strong supplier relationships to meet operational needs.
Delivering preferred supplier agreements and ensuring excellence in value for money and service delivery.
Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
About You
You are a strategic procurement leader with deep expertise in sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tech / IT Procurement with a deep understanding of this area.
You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering results in complex environments.
You will also bring : Extensiveexperience in procurement and strategic sourcing, with 5–7 years in leadership roles.
Proven success in delivering transformation projects and operational excellence.
Experience in Technology and Gaming categories (highly regarded).
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets.
Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and build high-performing teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, or Finance.
