We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role combines sales & administration, customer service, and general admin support in a professional, friendly environment.
Located in Aura Business Park, Baringa

Key Attributes
-Sales experience a bonus but not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.

Key Responsibilities
-Greeting customers, answering phones, quoting & sales, emailing customers & suppliers
-Entering and updating customer orders
-Building and nurturing our customer data base
-Ensuring showroom is clean & presentable at all times
-Assisting in resolving customer queries
* Organising transport bookings
-Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
