They're currently seeking passionate and an experienced OT/ Physio/ Osteo or RN to join their growing team in an assessment-only capacity, servicing clients in Sydney's west, southwest and southeast. About the Role: This is a Team Leader opportunity in a mobile, community-based role focused on conducting aged care funding assessments in clients’ homes. You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supported by strong clinical leadership and access to ongoing professional development.
