The HR & Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in managing payroll processes and supporting HR operations within a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This position is based in Henderson Perth, and requires a detail-oriented admin professional with an understanding of payroll systems and employment regulations. Description What You'll Be Doing: Own the end-to-end payroll process, making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with current legislation. Keep employee records up to date and ensure our HR systems are always current. Support recruitment efforts - from posting job ads to coordinating interviews like a pro. Get involved in on boarding and employee engagement initiatives that make a real impact. Prepare insightful HR and payroll reports to keep leadership informed. Be the go-to for employee queries around payroll and HR policies - with a helpful and timely approach. Help ensure compliance with workplace regulations and assist with audits when needed. Collaborate across departments to keep operations running like clockwork. Profile A successful HR & Payroll Administrator should have: Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in industrial/manufacturing settings. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software including MYOB. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Job Offer Competitive salary range between $65,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience. Permanent, full-time role in Perth with opportunities for professional growth.
