Customer Supply Chain Support
Location: 281 County Rd 210, Bertram, TX 78605
Shift: Part-time, MON TUE WED THU FRI, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week
Overview
As a Part-time Customer Supply Chain Support, you will engage in activities supporting the customer's supply chain to enhance onsite business performance. This entry-level role offers a foundation in customer relationship management and operations. After onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals, flexible scheduling may be available.
Responsibilities
* Responding to and coordinating resources for customer requests
* Managing inventory
* Placing and fulfilling orders
* Receiving and shipping inventory
* Executing inventory fulfillment at the customer facility
* Sourcing and quoting products
* Participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing new processes
* Reporting the value of supply chain activities to the customer
Required Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or older
* Currently pursuing or possess a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Proficient in computer skills
* Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
* Motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented
* Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
* Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
* Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
* Pass drug screening (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
Preferred Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with good driving record
