On behalf of our client, one of the world's leading integrated energy companies, Brunel are currently seeking for a Perth based Regulatory Advisor to deliver environmental approvals for CarbonCapture and Storage (CCS) Projects for an initial 12-month period.
The support will include the preparation of various environment approvals documents such as Environment Protection Act 1986 Part IV impact assessments and Petroleum Environment Plans.
**About this role**
- Key focal point in a multi-functional team tasked with delivering all environmental approvals required to support CCS Projects
- Coordinating environmental studies, modelling and impact assessments as required, in collaboration with Project and Business technical SMEs
- Prepare environmental approvals documents and revise the documents as required considering internal, public/stakeholder and Regulator feedback
- Integrate company specific standards and requirements
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to meet requirements for public comment and stakeholderconsultation.
**About you**
- Extensive experience coordinating environmental approvals (i.e., Environment Protection Act 1986
- Part IV impact assessments and Environment Plans) in the oil and gas, or similar sector,
- Clear understanding of Commonwealth and State environmental regulations
- Strong background in environmental impact assessments,
- Strong initiative and ability to track and communicate progress against Project milestones
