This temperature-controlled facility operates 24/7 and supplies frozen and chilled products to more than 260 stores across Queensland and northern Current South Wales!
**What you'll do**
The Systems and Inventory Manager role exists to support the ongoing DC operations through the proactive and effective management of inventory and site systems to ensure that we put the right products into consumers' hands as simply, accurately, and safely as possible.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving our site safety values and ways of working and embedding them through our systems 
- Leading the maintenance of the Distribution Centre product range through effective systems integrity and inventory management 
- Facilitating and leading the implementation of changes in the system and processes within the Distribution Centre, ensuring consistent practices are adhered to. 
- Providing leadership to the team, appropriate coaching and mentoring.Supporting the Distribution Centre in delivering to stores in full, on time and error free.
**What you'll bring 
**To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous inventory, systems and people leadership experience. 
- Strong data and analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially running reports and database queries using access and excel). 
- A passion for problem solving in complex situations and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. 
- Experience in collaborating with others to achieve outcomes and driving accountability in others to deliver results that timely and commercially sound.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with passion, energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
