Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to join our team as a full-time Accounts, Invoicing and Payroll Officer. This role will play a pivotal part in providing and maintaining accurate databases and record keeping.
* Oversee and coordinate all office operations to ensure seamless, timely, and effective workflow.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records, including invoicing, time sheets, bookkeeping/payroll information, new and existing employee documentation, and any other relevant paperwork related to business operations.
* Act as the primary liaison between employees, directors, customers, and external stakeholders as required.
* Manage correspondence and communications as the first point of contact for the company, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
* Track and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Support budgeting and financial procedures.
* Submit timely reports as assigned.
* Assist in onboarding new employees to create a welcoming and supportive experience.
* Develop and implement systems to improve administration effectiveness, efficiency, and communication.
* Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide support to enable change management initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.
* Undertake special projects as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in accounting, invoicing, and payroll management.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
* High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or a related field is an asset.
