AVP - Client Partner (Insurance Domain)
An opportunity awaits to step into the role of AVP - Client Partner, being an expert in acquiring and nurturing non-technical insurance business from insurance companies within a globally recognized organization. This position involves leading strategic client engagements, overseeing complex insurance delivery programs, and driving business growth through innovative solutions and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
* Manage account financials, including budgeting, profitability, and invoicing.
* Represent the organization at insurance events to promote services and expand client reach.
* Coordinate engagement governance sessions and oversee service delivery quality.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and advocate for client needs internally.
Requirements:
* At least 9 years of experience managing large insurance delivery teams and client relationships.
* Insurance solution selling experience in areas like CAT modelling; Insurance Technology; Insurance Data; Policy Servicing; F&A, Credit Control etc. or Retail, Commercial, Specialty insurance.
* Proven ability to handle large budgets and revenue responsibilities.
* Strong connections in the insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage markets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
* Willingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional international trips.
