About The Position

We are looking for a school leaver to join our Traralgon team as a Business Trainee in 2026. A traineeship with Snowy Hydro is a unique opportunity to complete a Certificate 3 qualification through Integrity College whilst gaining real world, on-the-job experience.
To be a Snowy Hydro trainee, you will be someone who:
* will finish Year 12 in 2025
* has a strong desire to learn and a curiosity about how business works
* is committed to furthering their skills and knowledge through workplace on-the-job learning and study
* can 'think outside the box', help the team problem-solve and bring new ideas
* has a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* is proactive, punctual and reliable
* shares Snowy Hydro's values of safety, teamwork, agility, decency, ownership and courage
* Holds a 'C' class drivers licence
As a Trainee, You Will
* be employed on a full-time 12-month contract and be paid to learn while expanding your knowledge and experience (adding valuable skills and experience to your CV)
* upon successful completion of your course, have gained an accredited Certificate III in Business
* be working with experts in their field, who will teach, mentor and support you through every step of your traineeship
* build a supportive peer network with all levels within the business to share your ideas and experiences
