Are you a logical thinker with a passion for technology and helping others? We are looking for an enthusiasticEntry-Level IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT team. As part of anational company with offices across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in supporting staff in multiple locations and helping ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. From troubleshooting issues to setting up new systems, you’ll be a go-to resource for our internal users at the first level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, organise and provision inbound stock
- Answer inbound calls
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance via phone, email, ticket system or in person
- Escalate to 2nd level support when required
- Perform basic troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Set up new computers, install software, and configure hardware for new and existing employees
- Assist users with network connectivity, login issues, and email account support
- Log and track help desk tickets using our IT support system, escalating issues when necessary
- Support remote offices and staff across Australia and New Zealand
- Provide clear, professional communication and follow-up on all support requests
- Maintain and organize IT equipment and support documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure
- Basic understanding of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts
- Ability to follow technical instructions and document processes accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and a customer-focused attitude
- Some post-secondary education in IT or related field preferred

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience with help desk software or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 administration, or antivirus solutions
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent
