We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support compliance across our cosmetics and hardgoods portfolio. Reporting to the Group Quality & Compliance Manager, you will ensure products meet regulatory requirements across global markets throughout the product lifecycle. You are highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to collaborate and influence across teams and external stakeholders. You take ownership of regulatory outcomes and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. THE ROLE: Oversee third-party compliance and testing (CTT) projects, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking Review formulations, ingredients, CPSRs, test reports, artworks and product claims to ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate product registrations, including dossier creation and maintenance across global markets Liaise with manufacturers, consultants, labs, wholesalers and regulators to ensure all required safety and compliance documentation is complete and accurate Support AICIS and other external reporting obligations, including chemical reviews against the AICIS Inventory Maintain accurate product compliance systems and databases, ensuring data integrity Support product safety investigations, complaints, corrective actions, withdrawals and recalls Assist with audits, policy implementation and compliance initiatives to protect brand and group assets On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience in a Regulatory Affairs or compliance-focused role within skincare, cosmetics, or personal care (essential) Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Pharmacology (preferred) Strong knowledge of cosmetic and consumer goods regulatory standards, including AICIS, APCO, labeling, and product safety compliance Experience managing third-party testing, audits, and product registrations Skilled in reviewing formulations, ingredients, labels, marketing materials, and claims for compliance Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving Ability to provide guidance, training, and support to internal teams on compliance policies and practices Familiarity with new product introduction systems, product master databases, and intellectual property protection Experience supporting recalls, corrective actions, and regulatory investigations WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
