While Scone will be your primary base, you may occasionally provide support at other sites across the district—adding variety and professional breadth to your role. You’ll join a friendly, supportive Community Health team, where Allied Health professionals work closely together and provide in-reach services to local hospitals and Multi-Purpose Services. This is a diverse and meaningful role, including working with adult inpatients, community clients, and individuals receiving Palliative Care.
