As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Luxury Fulfilment Coordinator to support our fulfilment, admin, and customer experience operations.
This role suits someone who values presentation, precision, and customer experience, it is not a high-volume warehouse environment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, in-person role suited to someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and enjoys working in a structured yet varied environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring luxury orders are packed and dispatched beautifully, operations are kept up-to-date, and customers receive thoughtful, professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Luxury Fulfilment & Dispatch
* High-touch packing and dispatch of luxury orders (10–30 items per day)
* Preparing orders with care, accuracy, and presentation in mind
* Booking couriers and managing tracking
* Handling returns
* Managing dispatch documentation
Operations & Admin Support
* Updating order status and stock movement in internal systems
* Supporting consigner-related admin tasks
* Filing and managing documentation
* Coordinating with suppliers
Customer Support
* Responding to customer DMs and enquiries
* Supporting customer sales during weekly drops and busy periods
* Managing clients' postage enquiries
* Working closely with our customer experience team to ensure consistency and care
About You
You're someone who:
* Is highly detail-oriented and values accuracy over speed
* Takes pride in presentation and doing things properly
* Can comfortably juggle different tasks throughout the day
* Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally
* Is confident using systems and enjoys admin
* Stays calm and organised during busy periods
You may have experience in:
* Luxury retail or fashion-adjacent roles
* E-commerce fulfilment or operations
* Admin or office coordination
* Customer support in a premium or boutique environment
Experience with Google Drive, Slack, Excel and order or inventory systems is important. Experience with consignment or inventory platforms is a strong advantage (training will be provided).
Role Details
* In-person role based in our Byron Bay workspace
* Hours: Typically 8:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Thursday, plus Saturday 8:00am-11:00am
* Weekend work: Saturday support is essential.
* Contract: Casual initially, with a clear pathway to permanent part-time or full-time for the right person
