The HR and Rostering Coordinator manages recruitment and onboarding, workforce compliance, training, rostering, staff and participant engagement, and social media marketing. The role ensures continuity of supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards while creating positive experiences for staff and participants.
This position covers a broad range of responsibilities including managing the end to end recruitment process, maintaining compliance records, coordinating mandatory training, building and adjusting rosters, and ensuring SCHADS Award and payroll compliance. It also supports staff engagement and wellbeing, communicates updates across the workforce, manages internal and external feedback and complaints with the support of the director and manages social media content to promote services and culture.
