Farmer Operations Manager
This role offers a unique opportunity to assume responsibility for farm management, taking charge of business operations, livestock welfare, and property maintenance.
In this position, you will oversee the entire farm operation, managing cash flow, accounting, debt management, and finance.
* Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and profit through sales programs, budgets, and targets.
* Maintain accurate records of numbers, animal health records, mob data, and paddock production data.
* Supervise and educate staff, fostering a safe working environment and promoting effective communication practices.

Benefits:
