We are seeking a Project Engineer/Project Lead to support the delivery of high-quality outcomes from a design and construct principle. Key responsibilities include building relationships with project stakeholders, managing processes and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build healthy relationships with various project stakeholders
* Ensure processes and procedures in Management Plans are followed, including safety and quality aspects
* Build and present project quotes to clients
* Manage project schedules and costs
* Collaborate with Design, Land Access, and Field teams for successful project outcomes
* Manage commercial processes in Ventia and client systems
* Produce timely and accurate monthly expenditure forecasts and claim sheets
* Manage materials for projects and report on project progress and status
* Identify and mitigate risks, and review project completion documentation

Requirements:
* 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications construction
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as stakeholder management
* Subcontract management and confident scheduler skills
* Proficient in MS Office Applications, including Excel spreadsheets
