Administrative Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures which support the provision of services.
* Prepare and process correspondence and other documentation in accordance with approved procedures and maintain necessary records.
* Develop, implement and maintain office systems, policies and procedures and prepare correspondence of an administrative nature.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to complement service provision.
* Research relevant information to support the prosecution process.
* Review prosecution files to identify offenders suitable to participate in offender programs.
* Provide administrative support at court proceedings and meetings.
Requirements:
* AO3 classification.
* Justice & Legal occupational group.
* Full-time position.
