We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Disability Support Practitioner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
This is a unique chance to work in a supportive environment where you can help clients build independence and skills. You will be responsible for delivering personalized support, assisting with personal care, administering medication, and manual handling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support services to clients with varying levels of disability.
* Assist clients with daily tasks, such as personal care and administering medication.
* Encourage clients to make their own choices and develop skills for independence.
* BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS.
Requirements:
* Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred.
* Someone who embodies values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
* A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
