The current $77 million 265 bed multi-discipline facility which opened in 2017 providing state-of-the-art facilities for the communities of Australia’s capital city. Servicing over 11,000 people in what is a public/private facility.
**The Position**
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Anaesthetist to assist in meeting the ever-increasing service demand of a swiftly growing population. Seeking anaesthetists who are eager to learn and those who are engaged to grow the next generation of anaesthetists
**Key Responsibilities**
Clinical work will entail anaesthesia for a range of surgical specialties with a wide case-mix.
Participation in an on-call roster will be expected and non-clinical duties can be tailored to the individual’s past experiences and interests. The hospital has seven operating theatres, endoscopy and birthing suites. Anaesthesia provides service to all surgical specialties with the exception of trauma, neurosurgery, cardiac and paediatric surgery
**Profile**:
- Ideally you should hold the FANZCA but as a minimum you should have already had your training assessed by ANZCA and been found to be substantially comparable.
