We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Grill Chef to join our dynamic team at Henrys Brighton.
This full-time role will see you working alongside our Head Chef to help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers in the vibrant city of Brighton, Victoria.

What you'll be doing
Assist the Head Chef in the overall running of the kitchen
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage the larder and ensure efficient stock control and rotation
Contribute to the development of new menu items and food concepts
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen environment
Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff
Follow all food safety and health regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Grill Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Experience in either Grill Chef role is sufficient for this position
Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts would be an advantage
Permanent residency status required for this position
