About the Site Administrator Role
The Site Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Site Manager and broader team with various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include managing travel and accommodation, compiling site costs and invoicing, generating purchase orders, and handling document management for our wind farms under construction.
This position requires relocation or living in the area during the roster period. We offer two types of rosters: DIDO or living locally.
We provide comprehensive support including all travel, transport, accommodation, and meal allowances, along with a competitive salary.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to have full work rights in Australia to work on both Australian projects.
Location: Lotus Creek Wind Farm, Queensland
Roster: 3:1 or 5:2
Benefits:
* Accounts Management: Raising and tracking purchase orders, timely payment of invoices, vendor interface, and associated site registers and trackers.
* Vehicles, Accommodation & Travel: Booking and tracking site vehicles, short and long-term accommodation sourcing, travel booking using our internal system, and associated site registers and trackers.
* Inbound/Outbound Freight: Ordering and tracking spares and consumables, goods receipting, general freight management.
* Meetings/Minutes: Attending meetings as scheduled, accurate minute capture, and filing accordingly.
* Expense Reconciliation: Timely reporting of corporate credit cards and expense register.
* HSE Facilitation: Ordering PPE and emergency equipment, training room bookings.
* Compliance with Vestas policies and procedures, HSE advice, KPI requirements.
* Adhoc and general administration duties as necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing administrative support.
* Certificate 3 in Business Administration preferred but not essential.
* Advanced Excel and Word software skills.
* SAP experience highly regarded.
* Demonstrated experience in providing project administration to large-scale projects.
* Knowledge and working experience in SAP modules highly desired.
* Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work autonomously and multitask.
* Experience in high-pressure situations.
* Understanding of transport and logistics in the local market.
* Experience in preparing and presenting reports.
