Salary
* Psychologist: $80,671 – $113,765pa.
* Specialist Psychologist: $109,631 - $134,446pa
* Plus environmental allowance, employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About The Role
As a Psychologist at Tamworth Correctional Centre, you'll provide assessment and intervention services to individuals in custody, contributing to rehabilitation and reintegration.
You'll Also
* Conduct psychological assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions
* Provide expert consultation on mental health, risk, and behavioural needs
* Support case and behaviour management planning
* Prepare professional reports and maintain clinical documentation (OIMS)
* Engage in ongoing development, including CPD and our Annual Psych Conference
What We're Looking For
We're after ethical, motivated psychologists who can:
* Deliver high-quality services in complex settings
* Apply evidence-based practices to diverse cases
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 4-year accredited qualification in psychology
* Provisional or full AHPRA registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Specialist Applicants
To be considered for the Specialist Psychologist grade, you must also meet the additional capabilities and experience as outlined in the Crown Employees Psychologists Award. Click here to view the criteria.
