An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Demi Chef to join the culinary team at Melbourne Museum.
This is a casual role (Monday to Sunday roster, with flexible hours) in the Museum's kitchen department.

The Role
Based at the Melbourne Museum
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
Run your own section in a high-quality kitchen environment
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
Changing menu to match museum exhibitions
About You
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe
Certified in Commercial Cookery III or IV
Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
Impeccable communication skills
