Overview
An exciting opportunity to join the Critical Care Capital Division at Device Technologies, leading the national growth of our capital equipment portfolio and expanding market share across public and private hospital networks. The National Sales Manager will provide hands‐on leadership to drive revenue growth and build long‐term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high‐performing national sales team through coaching, in‐field engagement and capability development.
* Oversee territory planning, sales execution and capital equipment pipeline management via Salesforce CRM to achieve revenue and product hierarchy targets.
* Support sales forecasting, budget planning and the implementation of sales strategies aligned with marketing initiatives.
* Monitor team performance, identify capability gaps and implement programs and tools to drive sales growth.
* Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders, provide in‐field market insights, support industry conferences and educational activities, and ensure all reporting, compliance and administrative requirements are completed in line with company standards.
Candidate profile
* 2‐3 years sales management experience
* Experience in hospital procurement and state tenders
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Proven understanding of sales management
* Understanding of TGA/Regulatory Affairs
* Experience within the healthcare industry
