About This Opportunity In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operations of our print production team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality digital and wide-format printing services across the St Lucia campus. Working within a small, supportive, and fast-paced team, you will perform a variety of production, finishing, and delivery tasks that help ensure smooth workflow and outstanding service to our University community. Key responsibilities will include: Performing digital and wide-format printing, finishing, and binding tasks as directed by the Production Coordinator. Completing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and promptly reporting any issues requiring external service. Delivering completed orders across the St Lucia campus using the departmental electric buggy (driver’s licence required). Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organised production workspace and complying with relevant legislation, University policies, and sustainability practices. This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 2. About You Completion of Year 12 or a Certificate II, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in digital printing and strong customer service skills, ideally within the print industry. Proficiency with basic software including Microsoft Office and Adobe products. A current driver’s licence and confidence operating an electric delivery buggy around campus. Experience using print-related software such as Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop. Basic graphic design skills (highly regarded). Understanding of, or willingness to comply with, University policies, sustainability practices, and relevant OH&S and ESOS legislation. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc. You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
