An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Construction Supervisor to join our team. Based out of our Willetton office, your primary focus will be to manage bespoke single and multi-story residential builds from site start through to the final inspection.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need a minimum of 2 years local site supervisor experience, preferably in both low-rise residential and/or luxury residential builds.
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes, skills and experience:
* Strong technical and practical construction knowledge with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Australia
* A thorough understanding of West Australian building regulations
* Supervise and communicate with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure all standards, regulations and codes are met and complied with
* Enforce and adhere to WH&S regulations
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality
* Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Good work ethic, with the ability to work and thrive under pressure
* Currently or recently employed in the residential or commercial building industry in WA
* Current White Card (mandatory)
* C Class Driver's License (mandatory)
This is a full-time position in a friendly, boutique construction company that is growing rapidly. An attractive salary package including a new commercial vehicle will be presented, commensurate with experience.
