About the Role
This is a casual position where you'll be leading our front desk operations, playing a vital role in enhancing the client experience while supporting our dedicated team.
Key responsibilities:
* Be the Heart of Our Front Desk: Create a warm, welcoming environment for all clients, ensuring everyone feels seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
* Lead & Coordinate: Oversee daily reception duties, manage a high volume of appointments, and handle multi-disciplinary booking schedules with ease.
* Administrative Excellence: Support clinic operations with billing, payments, and patient record management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians, supporting their schedules and ensuring they're well‐prepared for each day.
* Mentorship & Support: Lead by example, offering guidance and training to junior receptionists and providing backup as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and compassionate individual who brings:
* Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or medical receptionist role is highly valued.
* Exceptional Customer Service: A genuine commitment to patient care, with the ability to handle enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
* Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and confidence managing complex booking systems.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and positively with patients and team members alike.
* Tech‐Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare booking software.
